After our original race date was postponed back in November due to the nasty Nor'Easter weather, our makeup date has been approved by Morehead City officials!New race date is Saturday, January 18th, 2020! Registration is open and we're ready to get after it!

A Half Marathon & 5K road race organized by Lunchbox Promises Foundation - a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization committed to combating childhood hunger through community involvement by promoting health, sport and physical exercise. This half marathon is an out-and-back course that runs nearly the entire length of Morehead City, NC; beginning in downtown, the route takes runners along Calico Creek Boardwalk, through residential backroads, into Medical Park and along Bridges Street before cutting through Swinson Park and finally turning around at West Carteret High School. With an early Saturday morning race, make a vacation out of your race weekend by enjoying the rest of what North Carolina's Crystal Coast has to offer.
